At Noristasn Analisis Inmobiliario Cia. Ltda. (hereinafter, «Noristasn») we are committed to protecting the privacy of visitors to our website noristasn.com and subscribers to our newsletter. This policy explains what personal data we collect, for what purpose, under what legal basis and how you can exercise your rights.

2. Data we collect
We only collect data you provide voluntarily through the subscription form (name and email) and the usual technical data (IP address, browser type, country, pages visited) generated by analytical cookies when you grant your consent.
3. Purpose and legal basis
We use your data to send you the monthly newsletter on real estate crowdlending, respond to your inquiries and produce aggregated statistics on site usage. The legal basis is your express consent upon subscription and Noristasn's legitimate interest in analyzing site usage, in accordance with the Organic Law on Personal Data Protection of Ecuador (LOPDP, Official Registry 459 of May 26, 2021).
4. Retention period
We keep your data as long as your subscription remains active. You can unsubscribe at any time by clicking the unsubscribe link in each email or by writing to contact@noristasn.com. Anonymized technical data is kept for 26 months.
5. Recipients
Your data is processed by Noristasn and by the technology providers acting as processors: Google Ireland Ltd. (Analytics), Amazon Web Services EMEA SARL (hosting) and Sendinblue SAS (email delivery). All of them comply with the standard contractual clauses approved by the European Commission and with the applicable obligations in Ecuador.
6. Rights
You may exercise the rights of access, rectification, erasure, opposition, portability and limitation of processing by writing to contact@noristasn.com, attaching a copy of your ID document. You may also file a claim with the Superintendency of Personal Data Protection of Ecuador.
7. Changes to the policy
We may update this policy to adapt it to legislative changes or operational improvements. We will always publish the current version on this page, indicating the date of the last update.
